I would like to address two issues: ambiguity in English expression, on the one hand, and perceptions regarding intent on the other. I do not know either Josh or SweetNothings personally so I am writing this solely on the basis of the last two posts. Please allow me to take this discussion in a bit of a different direction. Sweetnothings sweetnothings Posts: 49 Joined: Sun 12:00 am Location: Thailand I mean reading the Thai menus comprising corrupted Thai written by inexperienced translators can be quite detrimental to learners of Thai language. I'm sure it's a better way to learn Thai. Doing so, you should be able to use the Microsoft Office for typing both Thai and English. After that you just simply toggle between Thai and English input. In Regional and Language section of the Control Panel you can set multiple languages and keyboards. Those who can understand English (including me) really sit down and cry like a baby when they are forced to use the Thai menus. The only people who rely on the Thai user interface are the poor Thais who can't understand English. There are a lot of translation errors! The Thai Help menus often drive me crazy. ![]() I hate to disappoint you by telling you that the Thai user interface is likely to give you troubles.
